Description
In this accelerated appeal, appellant, Kay Adams, challenges the trial courts decree, entered after a bench trial, terminating her parental rights to her two minor children. In four issues, Adams contends that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the trial courts findings that (1) she knowingly placed or knowingly allowed her children to remain in conditions or surroundings which endangered their physical or emotional well-being; (2) she engaged in conduct or knowingly placed her children with persons who engaged in conduct which endangered their physical or emotional well-being; (3) she has a mental or emotional illness or a mental deficiency which renders her unable to provide for the physical, emotional, and mental needs of her children; and (4) termination of her parental rights was in the best interest of the children.
